Something not working, or an idea for the two of you? Write to [email protected]. Include your iPhone model and what you were doing when it happened — a screenshot helps a lot. In the app, Settings → Help & feedback opens an email with your app version filled in.
Common questions
How do I invite my partner?
Open Settings → Our space → Invite, and send them the link or the code. Once they sign in and accept, you'll share the same space.
Can I add photos from the Photos app?
Yes. Select up to 50 photos, tap Share, and choose Us. Videos aren't supported yet and are skipped.
How do I get a copy of everything?
Settings → Export our memories.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed.
